Creating a Service Request

Service Request Creation

• Click New > VConnect

• Choose one of the service request commands.

• Enter the values for the required parameters and click ‘Raise Request’

View Deployment status of the Service Request

In the Service Request extension, click the ‘Service Request’ section to view the status of the Service request being raised.
