# Tenant Portal Access for Support Users From Different Domain

## Settings and configuration

* Login to Admin Portal
* Go to -> Administrations -> Settings
* Click on Application Configuration and select HYBR in Area dropdown and Product Features in Group dropdown
* Search for “AllowCrossDomainUser” and edit it and set its value to “True”.

* While creating a company add the support domains in the step 3.

* Then add the support user to the company.(this won’t work without the previous step)
* Now the support user can login to tenant portal using his AAD credentials and switch between list of tenant companies if the support user is added to multiple tenant companies
