Schedule a Report

To schedule report generation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Reports page.

  2. For the created report, select Schedule option from the available action.

  1. Onclicking Schedule button, list of Schedules created for a report will be listed.

  1. Create a Schedule for the report.

  1. Give a friendly name for the Schedule.

  2. Select Report start date and end date for the report generation.

  3. Choose the frequency as Daily or Weekly or Monthly for the report generation.

  4. Select the Time of day, to ensure when the report is generated.

  1. Enable the send email checkbox, and fill the recipient details to receive the report generated via email.

  2. Save the changes.

View Generated Reports

To view the genrated reports, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Reports page.

  1. For the created reports, select Generated Reports button from the actions available.

  1. Onclicking Generate Reports button, the list generated reports for the scheduled reports will be shown.
