# Usage Download

Admin/Tenant can download usage of all subscriptions across all plans as ‘csv’ file.

1.Logon to the admin portal, click on Usage and Billing on the left. 

2\. Click on the ‘USAGE’ tab and then click the ‘HISTORY’ sub tab.

3\. Admin can download the grid view (cost summary as grid) by clicking on the ‘EXPORT GRID’. 

4\. Select any subscription and click on the ‘DOWNLOAD USAGE’ button at the bottom.  

5\. Admin can download usage (detailed usage) for selected subscription alone by clicking on the sub-command ‘Selected subscription’ or for all subscriptions across all users by clicking on the sub-command ‘All subscriptions’.
