Tenant Portal Access for Support Users From Different Domain

Settings and configuration

• Login to Admin Portal

• Go to -> Administrations -> Settings

• Click on Application Configuration and select HYBR in Area dropdown and Product Features in Group dropdown

• Search for “AllowCrossDomainUser” and edit it and set its value to “True”.

• While creating a company add the support domains in the step 3.

• Then add the support user to the company.(this won’t work without the previous step)

• Now the support user can login to tenant portal using his AAD credentials and switch between list of tenant companies if the support user is added to multiple tenant companies
