Overview

Hybr Reporting feature allows you to create and manage custom dashboards using the DevExpress Dashboard control. With this app, you can easily monitor your usage, metrics, and any other data available from the system and visualize it in a way that makes sense to you.

Creating a Dashboard

To create a new dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Dashboards page.

  2. Click on the "Create Dashboard" button.

  3. Provide a friendly name and description of the dashboard.

  4. Choose the scope type of the dashboard you want to create and click submit

    1. Admin scope dashboards are only visible to Administrators

    2. Tenant scope dashboards are visible to Administrators as well as all the tenants

  5. Check the Home Dashboard check box for setting this dashboard in the Hybr portal landing page.

  6. A new dashboard will be created and open a new window for designer view.

  7. Add a data source, components and customer as per the need like shown below.

  8. Save your dashboard.

Editing a Dashboard

If you want to make changes to an existing dashboard, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Dashboards page.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button of dashboard you want to edit button → designer.

  3. Make the desired changes to your dashboard.

  4. Save your changes.

Using the Dashboard control

  1. Hybr uses the DevExpress Dashboard control. Please find more details in the following DevExpress documentation.

  2. Use the "Data Sources" tab to connect to your data sources and select the data you want to display.

  3. Use the "Layout" tab to customize the layout and appearance of your dashboard.

  4. Use the "Interactivity" tab to add interactivity to your dashboard, such as drill-downs and filtering.

  5. Use the "Export" button to export your dashboard to a PDF, Excel, or other file format.
