Admin Portal Access for Support Users

To add users from the same domain:

1. Log in to the Admin portal

2. Navigate to My Account --> Org Details --> Admin Subscriptions

3. Drill down into the subscription by clicking the Subscription Id shown in the table

4. Click Add User button

5. Fill in the required details and complete the wizard

6. The added user will be able to access the Hybr admin portal

Admin Subscriptions

To add users from the different domains:

Admin can add multiple users from different AAD domains only when the admin company has an AAD provider configuration.

1. Log in to the Admin portal

2. Navigate to My Account --> Org Details --> Admin Company

3. Add/Update the supported Domains field with the list of domains in comma separated

4. Click Save button

5. Navigate to the Admin Subscriptions tab

6. Drill down into the subscription by clicking the subscription Id shown in the table

7. Click Add User button

8. Fill in the required details and complete the wizard

9. The added user will be able to access the Hybr admin portal
