Once CSP customer is mapped with your Hybr Tenant, you can start purchasing new CSP offers and manage CSP license purchased from partner center portal.
From Hybr tenant portal, you can be able to manage CSP offer purchase and see the billing details for your CSP license subscriptions.
In Hybr tenant portal, we have 2 menus for managing CSP offers, 1. Service Catalog 2. Cloud Services. In “Service Catalog” menu, you can purchase new offers and in “Cloud Services” menu you can manage existing CSP licenses.
To purchase CSP offers,
Go to “Service Catalog” in Tenant portal
You can see the list of CSP offers in that page
From the offer list, click on an offer which you want to purchase.
Now you can see “Purchase offer” wizard. In that wizard, enter license quantity and click Next.
If the offer chosen has associated add-ons, you will get “Purchase Add-on” page. Else you will not get this page. Enter Add-on license quantity and click Save to purchase offer.
Now you will get a success message in portal and it will take around 15mins to reflect the changes in Hybr portal.
In this “Cloud Service” menu, you can update and manage purchased CSP license.
Click on “Cloud Service” menu in tenant portal
You will see the list of “CSP License” with ‘Quantity’ and ‘Status’ [check columns 3 and 4 in below pic].
If you drill down into a subscription, you will see the details like “Offer name”, “Purchased add-on”, and “Available add-on”.
To update CSP license subscription,
Go to “Cloud Services->Subscriptions” tab
Click “Update” button [BLUE color] against the subscription you want to update
In “Update Subscription” wizard, enter new license quantity
Click save to save the changes
To suspend CSP license subscription,
Go to “Cloud Services->Subscriptions” tab
Click “Suspend” button [RED color] against the subscription you want to Suspend
Click Yes in confirmation prompt
Now the license will be suspended, and its status will be shown as “Suspended”
To activate suspended CSP license subscription,
Go to “Cloud Services->Subscriptions” tab
Click “Activate” button against the suspended subscription you want to activate
Click Yes in confirmation prompt
Now the license will be activated, and its status will be shown as “Active”
In “Profiles” tab, you can view the details of CSP customer which is mapped to Hybr tenant. In this menu, you can also do operations like “add user” and “assign CSP license to user”.
To view the mapped CSP customer details,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Click on “View” button against the CSP customer
You will see the details of CSP customer
To view the list of users for CSP customer,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Drill down into the “Customer ID”
Now you will see the list of users for the mapped CSP customer
To add new user for the CSP customer,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Drill down into the “Customer ID”
Now you will see the list of users for the mapped CSP customer
Click “Add User” button
In “Add new User” wizard, enter “Display Name”, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email Alias”, “Password” for the new user. This “Email Alias” will be used for creating username for the new user, and user can use this “Password” for first login.
Click save
Now the user will be added and shown in list
To edit an existing user for the CSP customer,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Drill down into the “Customer ID”
Now you will see the list of users for the mapped CSP customer
Click “Edit” button against the user you want to edit
In “Edit User” wizard, change the details as required and enter password for the user
Click save to update the changes
To assign license to a user for the CSP customer,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Drill down into the “Customer ID”
Now you will see the list of users for the mapped CSP customer
Drill down into a user to see the assigned license for that user
To assign a license, click “Assign License” button
Choose required license from list
Click save to complete the steps
Now license will be assigned and shown in “assigned license” list
To remove an assigned license from a user for the CSP customer,
Go to “Cloud Services->Profiles” tab
You will see the following screen
Drill down into the “Customer ID”
Now you will see the list of users for the mapped CSP customer
Drill down into a user to see the assigned license for that user
To remove a license, click “Remove License” button
Choose required license from list
Click save to remove the selected license from the user
Now the license will be removed and the same will not be shown in “assigned licenses” list.
