Purge Old Records

Enable the purge processor to remove old estimate records for CSP Azure usage source. The below values should be set in the Cost Management service config.

• IsPurgeOldRecordsEnabled in AppSettings to be set to true

• PurgeProcessorTaskIntervalMinutes to be set to 1440 to make it run one time in a day
