Mapping Subscriptions

The Billing solution generates costs and invoices per subscription. To view the costs and invoices of subscriptions from other stamps, the subscriptions needs to be either mapped to itself or mapped to an existing Billing subscription.

Mapping Subscription to Itself

  1. Click on Map Subscriptions

2. Identify the subscription that is not mapped with any tenant (Billing Subscription Id).

3. From the context menu(...) to the extreme right of the row, click 'Link To Billing Subscription' .

4. In the 'Create as new Billing Subscription ?' field, select 'Yes'.

5. Choose the Billing quota against which the Billing subscription will be created.

6. Click Link button on top and click 'Yes'.

Mapping Subscription to Existing Billing Subscription

  1. In the 'Create as new Billing Subscription ?' field, select 'No'.

4. Choose a subscription to link.

5. Click Link button on top and click 'Yes'.
