# Usage Download Admin/Tenant can download usage of all subscriptions across all plans as ‘csv’ file. 1.Logon to the admin portal, click on Usage and Billing on the left. 2\. Admin can download the grid view (cost summary as grid) by clicking on the ‘EXPORT GRID’. 4\. Select any subscription and click on the ‘DOWNLOAD USAGE’ button at the bottom. 5\.
