License Activation

Activate license to start using the product.

For connected scenario, please proceed with the steps below for activation. For disconnected scenario, go to Offline Activation.

Resource Provider VM

1. Go to Tenant Portal -> All Resources -> VConnectVM1000 -> Overview -> DNS Name (last item)

2. Copy the value and remote into this resource provider VM

3. User name: vconnectrpadmin, Password: as specified in the previous installation step

4. Open a new elevated (administrative) PowerShell console and change to the directory: “C:\CloudAssert”.

5. Run ActivateLicense.ps1 script and specify the required parameters.

The Billing license key and billing email id needs to specified only if -SetupBillingAndDacm parameter is set to $True while Installing VConnect RP

LicenseKey	Unique identifier of the License for VConnect	Required
EmailId	Email Id that is mapped with the VConnect License	Required
BillingLicenseKey	Unique identifier of the License for Billing API	Optional
BillingEmailId	Email Id that is mapped with the Billing License	Optional

6. In Admin Portal, click All Services -> VConnect -> License blade to see the licensed features and quotas
