Partner Center Refresh Token Expiry Alert

Prerequisite

Need to configure SMTP details. SMTP settings can be accessed by clicking "Billing" Menu, selecting "Email" tab which is under "Settings" tab.

Configuring Partner Center Refresh Token Expiry Alert Rules

Select "Settings" menu under "Administrations" menu. Choose "Alerts" tab, then click on "Add Rule" button.

Popup will appear to add alert rules.
  • Provide appropriate name for the alert rule in the "DISPLAY NAME" text box
  • By default partner center refresh token expiry alert Email will be sent to the admin who has configured the alert rule, to send the notification for others, their Email Ids can be provided as comma separated text in "ADDITONAL EMAILS" text box.
  • Select "CSP Consent Expiry Notification" option from the "EVENTS" dropdown
  • Provide number of days in "NOTIFY BEFORE EXPIRY" text box.
    • Partner center refresh token expires in 90 days, in case the value provided in the text box is 5, alert will be sent in email on 85th day, and alert will be shown in admin UI as notification from 85th day onwards.
  • Select "IS ENABLED" check box, to enable the "Alert Rule". If this it not selected, partner center refresh token expiry alert will not be sent for this alert rule.

Viewing Alerts

If "Alert Rule" configured properly as shown in the previous step, partner center refresh token expiry alert will be sent to all the Email Ids provided in the rule, in addition to the person who configured the rule. Expiry alerts will also be shown in the hybr admin UI under notification.
