# Tenant Portal Access for Support Users From Different Domain

## Settings and configuration

* Login to Admin Portal
* Go to -> Administrations -> Settings
* Click on Application Configuration and select HYBR in Area dropdown and Product Features in Group dropdown
* Search for “AllowCrossDomainUser” and edit it and set its value to “True”.

* While creating a company add the support domains in the step 3.

* Then add the support user to the company.(this won’t work without the previous step)
* Now the support user can login to tenant portal using his Microsoft Entra ID credentials and switch between list of tenant companies if the support user is added to multiple tenant companies
