This page gives a detailed description on how to create and manage offers inside Reseller

While onboarding a customer inside reseller, they should subscribe to the offer so that quotas associated with the plan linked with the offer will be utilized by the customer.

Login to Reseller Portal, Navigate to Customers -> Offer

In this page the reseller can create and manage offers for their customers.
