To create a new report, follow these steps:
Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Reports page.
Click on the "Create Report" button.
Provide a friendly name and description of the report.
Choose the scope type of the report you want to create and click submit
Admin scope reports are only visible to Administrators
Tenant scope reports are visible to Administrators as well as all the tenants.
A new report will be created and a new window will be opened in designer view.
From the navigation bar available at the top left corner of Reports Design area, services are available to design the reports as needed.
The icons available to design the reports has to be drag and dropped as needed.
Select "Add Data Source" option available to configure required data source.
Add the datasource as per the need like below.
Select and drag the components listed below, to design the reports as needed.
Save your report.
If you want to make changes to an existing report, follow these steps.
Log in to Hybr Admin portal and navigate to Reporting → Reports page.
Select a report, click on the "Edit" → Designer.
Make the desired changes to your report.
Save your changes.
